Coaching Today is able to offer an additional value by its service which contributes to the goal to coach and guide your employees in finding another function within your company (first track) or work at another organisation (second track ) or of to support them , if desired, at starting an own venture.
If your employee becomes sick, as an employer you are obligated by the Dutch law to continue paying salary for 2 years to the employee. If your company cannot offer appropriate work, you are oblicated to seek for work for the employee outside your own venture (2nd track reintegration).
